If you are unsure, choose language helper. It is the role we need most, and it requires no English.

RoleThe teacher runs the lesson. The language helper explains hard moments in the students' own language — no English level needed for that.

We really do contact both. We ask one thing: whether you can be trusted with a group of children. Warn them in advance — it will be quicker.

What happens next

1We read the application and write to the address you gave.
2A short language test, which you can take at home.
3A video interview. A real conversation with no script, about twenty minutes.
4We contact both of your references.
5BRIDGE training and a trial lesson with a coordinator.
6Parental consent, if you are under 18.
7Approved to teach, with a group of your own.
