Join the BRIDGE team

BRIDGE is built by school and university students. If you want to build the project itself rather than only teach, these are the roles we need.

Curriculum and lessons

Writing and improving the lessons: materials, plans, homework. This directly decides whether an ordinary volunteer can deliver a good lesson.

Teacher recruiting

Finding volunteers, running interviews, contacting references, preparing people for their first lesson.

Partnerships

Talking to schools, libraries and organisations. This is the hardest and the most important part: one school means twenty students at once.

Design and social

Telegram, VK, the look of the project. We never show students' faces or names — that is part of the job too: telling the story without using children as advertising.

Technology

The site and the platform: applications, groups, attendance, reports.

If none of these roles fits but you want to take part, write to us anyway. The project is young and there is more work than there are roles.
