The child falls behind in every subject, not one

They moved six months ago. In a lesson they follow about half the words. Asking is embarrassing. There is nobody at home to explain — the parents do not speak the language well yet either. There is no money for a tutor. A year later they are failing across the board. Teachers can see it, but there is physically no time to work with them one to one.

What we do

  • Find and select teachers: a test, a video interview, two references, a trial lesson
  • Train them, including a compulsory safeguarding module
  • Write the 10-week curriculum: materials, a plan for every lesson, homework
  • Form the group and pick a time that suits your students
  • Run the level test at the start and again at the end
  • Track attendance and send you a report on each student
  • Own safeguarding and handle any report that comes in

What we need from you

  • Name the children who need this
  • Pass a consent form to their parents — we provide the form

That is all. No room, no equipment, and none of your teachers sitting in on lessons.

We are not selling anything and we collect no donations from you or from parents. Lessons are online, so the school needs to provide neither a room nor equipment.

From first email to first lesson

    A 15-minute conversation

    We answer questions and show you the platform and the safeguarding rules from the inside. It commits you to nothing.

  2. 02

    You name the children

    A list of first names and a rough level. We ask for no documents, no income details and no personal data.

  3. 03

    Parental consent

    We provide the form. You pass it on and collect the signatures.

  4. 04

    We form the group

    We set a time around your students' timetable, then find teachers who are free then.

  5. 05

    First lesson

    Usually two to three weeks after that first conversation.

Answered in advance

The project is led by a school student. How serious is this?

Yes — the founder is 16, and we do not hide it. That is why there is a named adult with contact details who decides what happens in a serious case. Our teachers are students too, and that is a deliberate choice: it means there are no adult strangers around the children at all.

Is it safe?

Lessons are group lessons only, never one to one, and always with two teachers. Private messaging between a teacher and a student is technically impossible — the capability is not in the system. We store no surnames, addresses or photographs. A coordinator can join any lesson without warning.

What do you want in return?

Nothing. What we need is experience and a result: we want to prove the model works, and that takes real lessons with real children.

We do not have time for this.

We need you to name the children and pass a consent form to parents. Scheduling, teachers, curriculum and reports are ours. That is roughly an hour of your time across the whole course.

How do you check that a family really needs help?

We do not check income and we ask for no paperwork: it humiliates the child and frightens off exactly the families who need help most. You choose the students — you know these families better than we do. We only ask you to prioritise children who cannot access paid tutoring.

What if a child has no computer?

Lessons work on a phone, nothing needs installing, and the camera does not have to be on. If the connection is poor we send a recording of the lesson and the exercises.
